These terms govern the use of Linkvite as a digital invitation platform.

This version is a preliminary MLP draft. The legally reviewed final version will follow before the public launch.
Scope of service
Linkvite provides tools to design, activate, and share digital invitations. Designing a draft is free. Activation (going live) requires a one-time payment of the selected plan.
Contract and payment
Activating an event creates a contract for the selected plan (Basic, Premium, or Signature). Payment is collected once, upfront, via Stripe.
Right of withdrawal
Since the invitation goes live immediately after successful payment, the right of withdrawal expires the moment you confirm activation in checkout (§ 356 (5) BGB for digital content).
